ANWB Business Market is a roadside assistance company that offers mobility solutions to the wholesale market. Developments in the automotive industry such as 'electric' country 'connected' vehicles require a strategy review to remain successful in the long term. Summiteers helped ANWB to draw up a vision for serving car manufacturers and importers: Why do we serve this market and with what proposition? After approval of the strategic vision, it was translated into a clear implementation roadmap. This was developed with and transferred to a core team of ANWB. During the project, a lot of attention was paid to the personal development of these core team members, laying the foundation for a successful realisation.
