Supporting The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) in designing and leading the Interest Derivatives Project. Together with the internal project manager and team members, we have created a clear structure for the project team, with clear tasks and responsibilities. In addition, we have set up a steering committee cycle and reporting cycle and helped solve a large number of substantive issues in this complex project.
