What I truly believe is that organisational change is all about people. I’m genuinely curious about what drives them — and what they need to get moving. That’s why “We get you there” resonates so strongly with me at Summiteers. What gets me moving outside of work? First and foremost, I’m a proud mother of two daughters. I love getting out into nature for a good walk and prefer to combine my gym sessions with a meaningful conversation — although I also really enjoy those conversations over a beer and a snack!
