I am deeply inspired by helping people and organisations achieve their goals. Stimulating growth and development — that really gives me energy! At Summiteers, we do this in many ways, from behavioural change and process improvement to providing advice on content. What makes my work extra fun? The variety! I enjoy working on diverse assignments and discovering different sectors, because that's how I keep learning. And of course, don't forget about my colleagues! A team full of fun and enthusiastic people who make every working day a party. Outside of work, I like to be on the move — whether it's on the hockey field, at an outdoor workout, or exploring new places while travelling — I'm always ready for a new adventure!
