People sometimes ask me why I call myself an organizational accelerator. My answer: I really enjoy getting things moving again in complex situations, together with the people who deal with them every day. That’s why I feel completely at home at Summiteers. Doing fun things with great people — there’s nothing that makes me happier. This team is full of energy, and I love being able to contribute to it, gray hairs and all. Outside of work, I’m a family man. You’ll often find me running or on the padel court. I love good food and escape rooms, and I once did something crazy — I put a pinball machine in my living room.
