At Summiteers, we dare to make ourselves obsolete — how cool is that? With a close-knit team, there is an enormous drive not only to carry out an assignment properly, but to achieve lasting change by working intensively with the customer. The fact that this happens by bringing together content, process, and behaviour really completes the picture for me. Working on how to get people moving gives me a good dose of energy. In addition, I make sure I get enough energy outside of work by either going out for a run, relaxing on a sunny terrace, or dancing at a festival.
