What attracts me to this work is the combination of analytical issues and human dynamics. Complex challenges energize me, especially when data, strategy and collaboration come together. It is satisfying to structure complex processes without losing sight of the personal aspect. It is precisely this interaction between content and people that suits me well. I enjoy working together in a team where there is room for feedback, development and humor. Personal growth has always been an important theme for me, both for myself and for the people I work with. Outside working hours, I like to go on adventures: from solo skydiving to skiing and from a long walk on the golf course to cooking extensively on a rainy day. For me, it's about balance between thinking and doing, sharpness and relaxation.
