What I enjoy most about my work isn’t coming up with all the solutions myself, but asking the right questions and creating the right environment so we can find the best solutions together. Every person is different, and I love figuring out how to get individuals and teams moving in their own way. Outside of work, I’m all about ball sports — whether I’m playing them myself or watching from the couch with my feet up!
