With a lot of energy and creativity, I love making complex challenges simple and accessible and then ensuring that people are empowered to take action and achieve sustainable results. That’s what gets me out of bed in the morning. As a certified Customer Experience professional, I always aim to make the customer or employee journey an integral part of what I do. I enjoy holding up a mirror to organisations: what problem are we really trying to solve and for whom? Outside of Summiteers, you’ll often find me with my nose in a book, at a yoga class, or catching up with friends on a terrace.
