My goal is to bring out the best in everyone by making optimal use of each other's strengths, knowledge and experience. Together with the customer, we form a team in order to solve their complex issues and preferably achieve even more than we had previously envisioned. We are seriously involved in our profession, whilst ensuring that there is also room for humour and relaxation outside of it. That gives me energy! At Summiteers, all of this comes together for me in a dynamic environment where I keep being challenged and can keep learning. In my spare time, I like to be the Burgundian Brabander or out in nature.
