What immediately touched me about Summiteers is how naturally the behavioral aspect is included in change. We not only look at processes or structures, but also at what really gets people moving - that's what sets us apart. I love to get things done, especially with people who also go all out - which is exactly what I found here: an open, honest and friendly group with an enormous drive to create something meaningful. In addition to my work as a Summit, I get energy from sports (doing and watching) and a fanatical game of Qwixx or Hitster.
