What appeals to me about Summiteers is the ambition, sincere attention to people and delivering quality. An energetic and entrepreneurial organization with passionate professionals, where people work hard and but also have time for fun. I like to be the stable factor behind the scenes: involved, practical and with an eye for detail. In my role as Office Manager, it makes me happy when everything is arranged behind the scenes, so that the other Summiteers can focus on their work. I get energy from taking care of colleagues, planning, organizing and helping organizations grow. I just like to arrange tasks and support.
